Kristina Steel
Kristina is from Orem, Utah and loves all outdoor volleyball, pickleball, paddle boarding, hiking, and eating chocolate. She received her training at Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Utah. She loves being a Massage Therapist because it has helped her live a healthier life, and in turn allows her to help others. She enjoys working with people individually so she can focus on their own specific goals. Massage Therapy has taught her how to help heal specific muscles in the body, whether the muscle pain comes from injury, repetitive use, or emotional stress. She looks forward to work each day to meet new people and see her clients progress!
Benjamin Lux
Benjamin is from the Niagara Falls/Buffalo area of New York and enjoys hiking, being outdoors, reading, and board games. He received his training at Healing Mountain Massage School in Utah. He’s always loved the healing and medical professions. Originally he had intended to go through Chiropractic school, and started with massage for the soft tissue knowledge. Once he started going through school for massage, he fell in love with it and decided to stay that route! Ben is very result driven and detail focused, and he loves helping others see improvements, make changes and find relief. Participating in this process for his clients is extremely rewarding and fulfilling for him.
Diana Silva
Diana is from Houston, Texas and enjoys family time with her husband and son, lifting weights, and playing volleyball. Diana was trained at Utah College of Massage Therapy. Diana enjoys being a part of people’s journey to health in many different ways. She loves that massage therapy has allowed her to help people with chronic pain, athletic injuries, mental health, and more.
Patricia La Mar
Patricia is from Houston Texas and loves to experience new things and spend time with family and outdoors; she also enjoys cooking, singing, and dancing. Patricia received her training from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Utah. Patricia loves that massage therapy allows her to have such a directly positive impact on people’s lives. She is grateful for her gifts and enjoys using them to help people in their unique and individual healing journey.
